Let us be your hosts for two days and take you on exclusive routes from Marrakesh to Zagora, the Sahara or to discover the most amazing Kasbahs of the region
The south of Morocco is a universe of picturesque towns, towering mountains and equally deep gorges, fertile oases and a predominantly Berber population still faithful to tradition.
El Dromedario Volador is delighted to act as your envoy, your guide the length and breadth of your way across this part of our territory known as the Maghrib or land of the setting sun as you venture into its heart in our comfortable by 4x4s. We will be happy to recount the history of the region, how it was dominated in turn by the ancient caliphates of Baghdad and Damascus which perceived Morocco as being on the edge of the earth, the last stretch of terra firma before the immensity of the ocean.
On these two-day Morocco tours, you can enjoy the russet and ochre landscapes, all dotted with numerous old walled towns - the Ksur - authentic mud fortresses - some still inhabited and where, at nightfall, its inhabitants take refuge as before, behind the large gates that close these fortified settlements.
In order to see some of the most beautiful examples of this architecture, simply join us and head to the Drâa River Valley, most notably in the area between cities such as Ouarzazate and Zagora.
If you only have two days to make a route through Morocco from Marrakesh, this is an ideal option to get an unforgettable introduction to the great south of Al Maghrib!
Send us your details and we will contact you.
